Five years ago, Weeshuis opened its doors — a place where gastronomy, hospitality, style, connection, comfort and memorable gatherings all come together. And five years… that calls for a celebration.

Not your typical party with decorations and streamers, but a five-month celebration, with a new theme and curated events each month.

THE PLACE TO FEEL JOY

We’re kicking off our campaign THE PLACE TO FEEL IT ALL with a theme that instantly lifts your mood: JOY.

May is all about those little moments of happiness, celebratory flavors and unexpected experiences at COCO (where you truly feel the vibe).

This month is dedicated to pure enjoyment. Join us for our new Limited Edition Afternoon Tea and discover the latest edition of the DIY Cocktail Lab, where you’ll get hands-on with shaking, mixing, and tasting.

Whether you’re here for an afternoon of sweet and savory treats with great company, or a creative cocktail experience, May is your invitation to celebrate life—just that little bit more.

A mini “birthday cake” for two. You know the one, with the sprinkles! The perfect grand finale.

BITE 2. THE PEARL

Glamorous, sleek, modern. The perfect classic. The kind of bite we all love to wear, adding that touch of elegance. Filled with raspberry marmalade.

BITE 3. THE TROUBLEMAKER

A little spicy, a true Asian temptation, unexpected. The bite with personality. Smoked salmon with wasabi mayo, ginger, wild rice, and curry.

BITE 4. THE OG BABE BAG
(From the “Emily in Paris Afternoon Tea”)
The original COCO vibe in one bite. Fashionable, iconic, nostalgic — but better. The signature “COCO” bag made of white chocolate, caramel, and crunchy cookies.

BITE 5. EAT MY (CHANEL) LIPSTICK
(From the “La Vie En Rouge Afternoon Tea”)
Color. Fun. Really? Yes, you can. The “wait, I need a picture first” bite.

About the cocktail

For this new edition, we needed a new cocktail. But which one? Sharon got to choose (because WSHS and Sharon are celebrating their birthdays). Below, Sharon shares how (and why) the ‘It’s Time To Celebrate’ cocktail came to life.

I got to choose.

And somehow… that felt like a slightly dangerous question. Because what is my ideal cocktail? Apparently, something that — just like me — likes to surprise. A little floral, a little fruity… and not entirely predictable. I do have a soft spot for flowers. So many beautiful options. But if I had to pick, it would be the rose. the Ecuadorian rose. When it blooms, it gets so big you almost think: this is a bit much… but secretly, it’s exactly right. (Relatable.)

And when it comes to cocktails? I always pretend I’ll order something bold and strong, but somehow I end up choosing something with an Asian twist. So yes… lychee. Fresh, soft, just a little bit seductive. Exactly the kind of choice I never regret. Add raspberry for a touch of kick and color, and you basically get me in a glass: a little sweet, a bit outspoken, and above all, made to celebrate.

So… are you coming to taste it, or to celebrate it?
After all, the name says it all: It’s Time To Celebrate!

Cheers!
